Essentials Oils For New Hair Growth


A shiny top on the head could lower a person’s self-esteem. Though slowdown in the process of hair loss can be easily achieved, hair growth is possible in some cases through aromatherapy. If hair loss is detected at an early stage then certain precautions can be taken to prevent further falling of hair. According to research conducted by Scottish researchers 44% of patients who used thyme, rosemary, lavender, and cedar wood essential oils, and had a simple massage on their scalp had a positive effect and their hair grew well.

Given below is a mixture of essential oils, which would help hair growth and stop hair fall:

1. Thyme oil -

2 drops2. Atlas cedar wood oil - 2 drops

3. Lavender oil -3 drops

4. Rosemary oil -3 drops

5. Jojoba oil - ½ teaspoon

6. Grape seed oil - 3 teaspoons

Add the above essential oils in a jar and mix it thoroughly. Apply the oil in your scalp and massage with your finger tips every night and cover your head with a warm towel for some minutes. The above remedy helps people with thinning hair and excessive hair fall as it promotes new hair growth. While washing your hair rub the scalp gently.Warning: If a person is suffering from high blood pressure, it is advised not to use rosemary oil.
